To get started, you can view our email campaigns and customer journeys by following these steps:

  • Go to the Reporting Section:
    • Click on Reporting from the main menu.
    • Select Dashboards, and then choose Emails - Construction – UK to see the various email campaigns we've run.
    • This dashboard will show you an overview of our email performance and customer journeys.
  1. Understanding Customer Journeys

When you look at our email campaigns, it’s important to understand the customer journey. We’ve set up a Customer Journey Report to show you where customers might drop off in the process.

    • Knowing where customers stop engaging with our emails helps you figure out what might need improvement. This is your starting point for troubleshooting any issues in the campaign.

  1. How to View Individual Email Campaign Performance

To see the performance of a specific email campaign:

  • Navigate to Marketing Emails:
    • Go to Marketing in the main menu.
    • Click on Email, then type the name of the campaign you want to check and click on it.
  • What Can You See?
    • You'll be able to view individual email performance metrics, such as opens and clicks. This shows how contacts interacted with the email.

If you see contacts who have engaged with our emails but haven’t converted, you can add them to a workflow and assign them to the sales team for follow-up calls.
